New features: Added code highlighting features

Code highlighting features were added to the site. Now the collection and code portions scattered throughout the site are colored with syntax, VB-scripts, Python or R syntax rules, depending on code snippet language. This helps with code reading. Check it as an example. For SPSS syntax I kept colors specific to IBM SPSS Statistics syntax window with fresh installation.

As well, major technical changes were implemented, and the site structure was changed slightly. I did my best to keep all the links from older structure working with permanent redirect. In case you notice some irregularities in site working or code looking, don't hesitate to contact me (a-balabanov at yandex ru).
