How do I get my Pivot Tables output from SPSS for Windows 7.5 or 
8.0 into Microsoft Word? Do I have to bring the tables in one at 
a time? 

A. 
You can bring all the Pivot Tables output into Microsoft Word by doing 
the following: 
1) Execute a file called OBJS-OFF.BAT. This file is in the 
Program Files directory, and under the subdirectory where SPSS 
is installed ( e.g. C:\\Program Files\\SPSS\\objs-off.bat). 
2) In SPSS, select Edit->Select, then choose All Pivot Tables. 
3) Select Edit->Copy Objects. 
4) In Microsoft Word, select Edit->Paste. 

The output should then appear in the Word Document.
